Generic Booking & Consent Form (GBCF)

KidzSize Activities Bookings Terms & Conditions.

1: Upon KidzSize Activities receiving a booking made via paper, internet or telephone the person making the booking is legally liable for the full cost of that booking. Failure to provide payment once a booking has been confirmed could result in restrictions on future bookings.

2; KidzSize Activities withhold the right to refuse admission to any programme where either payment or a signed consent form has not been received from the customer as directed.

3: In the event a booking is made for a programme and payment is not made at the point of booking through a card payment to the KidzSize office; customers are requested to ensure payment is received within five working days of receipt of their booking confirmation. In the event payment is not received within the requested time frame the booking is then subject to cancellation.

4; The company can not accept responsibility for payments lost in transit.

5; Due to all KidzSize Activity programmes being staffed by strict instructor/staff ratios and venues being booked according to the number of confirmed student bookings received, we are unable to offer refunds in cases of student cancellations. Full or part credit notes may be issued in cases where students can not attend through certain medical reasons and proof of such can be provided to a satisfactory level; the decision is at the discretion of the management.

6; In the event a rebooking/continued booking payment is taken before or after the end of term as instructed by the customer this payment can not be refunded or credited unless in accordance with section 5 of this policy.

7; Holiday camp day bookings can only be transferred to different days subject to availability. A £2 admin fee will be applied per day transferred.

8; In the event KidzSize Activities fail to provide the programme outlined or have to cancel a programme prior to the start or part way through a relative refund will be issued.

9; In the event a student is deemed to deliberately contravene any element of the KidzSize Activities health and safety, safeguarding or behavior management policy’s, we withhold the right to suspend or expel that student from all and any programme.
