Whenever, your child attend any KidzSize sports or activity programme, you can be sure they will experience the KidzSize Coaching Concept.  This is a coaching concept aimed at children between the ages of 3 and 14 years old, working in groups of mixed abilities and varying levels of experience. The KidzSize coaching concept always puts the well being of children first, and through a fun, inclusive, friendly and fulfilling experiences aims to build self-esteem and confidence in physical participation.  Success is a major factor in promoting a sense of achievement and enjoyment.

In addition to the KidzSize coaching concept, we have become delivery partners with the British Gymnastics FUNdamentals movement programme which perfectly compliments our ethos and style and allows us to deliver to a younger audience and their parents.

All games and activities used by our instructors promote inclusion and success for all and in an effort to avoid a sense of failure, any form of competition is dealt with carefully.  By instructing the children using guided discovery methods, we allow them to understand skills at their own pace and progress naturally, independent of others around them. Children are given the opportunity to work individually, in pairs and in small groups, to maximise the opportunity to be involved with the activity or games.

The KidzSize coaching concept has a proven and successful track record, in providing thousands of children the best experience possible whilst on our clubs and programmes. A concept originally designed for multi sports, we have now developed it to apply to our outdoor Active Adventure, Fish2Water Swim School & Back of the Net Football programmes.
